hi kevin,

the escalation of priorities is NOT an out-of-the-box feature in rt2.
take a look at the rt-addons
(http://download.bestpractical.com/pub/rt/contrib/2.0/rt-addons/). there
you'll find the "escalator.README" which describes what changes you'll
have to make in your rt2 install. the mentioned "EscalatePriority.pm" is
located in
'http://download.bestpractical.com/pub/rt/contrib/2.0/rt-addons/ScripAct
ions
/EscalatePriority/'.
