[rt-users] Viewing downloads in a separate browser

Thanks!  I will give that a try.

One question about the paths you mentioned... I see a lot of people
referring to (in my case):

/opt/rt3/local/html/...

That directory exists on my system, but there is current nothing in it.
Does RT3 look in there first, and then in /opt/rt3/share/html/...?
