[rt-users] Mailgate Errors: EX_TEMPFAIL and Encode::Guess failed:

Hello All,

I have reviewed the lists and although the issues has been raised I can't
seem to find if anyone has solved it.

3.0.7_01

openign a new ticket using the mailgate with the following alias lines:

Phyiscal.Plant:                 "|/etc/smrsh/rt-mailgate --debug --queue
Physical Plant --action correspond --url http://tickets.gnaps.com/"
Physical.Plant-comment:     "|/etc/smrsh/rt-mailgate --debug --queue
Physical Plant --action comment --url http://tickets.gnaps.com/"

yields this error in the maillog:

And this in the messages log:

Does anyone have any clues?
