[rt-users] rt3 on Redhat Enterprise 3

Charles,

I've gotten RT 3.0.8 on RHEL 3.0 ES.

I had to rebuild/upgrade a lot of the packages and specify LANG=C so that
they compile correctly.

It does work, you just have to make it work.
