[rt-users] 'simple' interface for rt3

What I need is the inverse of what's been suggested - 

- The /SelfService area only shows tickets created by that user.  I need to 
show all open tickets in a given queue (s).

- Joachim's solution is good for ticket generation, but the part I need to 
simplify is ticket resolution.

I'll work on this.
