[rt-users] approval on resolved

MySetup:
	Debian 	sarge testing
	apache	1.3.29
	perl 		5.8.3 
	rt   		3.0.10 

i set up approval and it works fine with this scrip, 
	On Create Create Tickets with template approval
and this template
	===Create-Ticket: Approval
	Subject: Approval for TOP
	Depended-On-By: TOP
	Queue: Approvals
	Type: Approval
      Content: Someone has created a ticket. you should review and approve it, so they can finish their work
      ENDOFCONTENT

but it would be fine if the approval-admin gets just tickets with status resolved to approve, to check if the are really resolved and approve then.
On Resolve Create Tickets with template approval

is there a way to do so with the approve button and notify the requestor llike this
On Approve Notify Requestors with template Resolved
