[rt-users] Confused with adding CC when autocreating a ticket

Hello all,

 

I’m would like to add CC during the 1st time an email is sent to RT 3.11 by configuring the 2 lines below.   I’ve warned to be careful with it and am confused as to what to enter for

“Set($RTAddressRegexp , '^rt\@paymentone.com$');” so that RT itself won’t be added???   Can someone clarify this for me how I should set it?

 

 

Set($ParseNewMessageForTicketCcs , true);

Set($RTAddressRegexp , '^rt\@paymentone.com$');
