[rt-users] What is a valid email address?

Hi,

RT (3.0.10) would not let me change email addresses of users to
values such as


xxxxxx.xxxxxxxx at xxxx.de

or

xxxxxxxxxxxx at xxxxxxxxxxxx.com

I get the error "Illegal value for EmailAddress".

I searched the source for the plave where the email address is checked,
but I cannot find it. Can someone point me to the right spot?

Or am I making a mistake here?
