[rt-users] 3.2.1 problems (Search Build etc)

Morning All,

It looks like the BestPractical RT bug instance is unreachable at the
moment.

I've just migrated from 3.0.9 to 3.2.1 and have a couple of issues.

. Specifying a user in the build search screen puts the number of the
user rather than the userid itself into the search.  While both seem to
work it's hard to work out which user a particular search is looking
for.

. Spreadsheet export is excellent, except it seems to only export in a
single format.  We need to export some custom fields.  While we can
report on them fine using the search screen to add the fields, we can't
export them via the "spreadsheet" link.  Is the spreadsheet export
supposed to mirror the display or is it fixed?
