[rt-users] Hoe to extend the timeout for large tickets

Hi,
I have a problem with my rt 3.0.10 installation in that very large 
tickets do not finish displaying (truncated)
We have moved server from a small Linux platform to a Solaris 9 platform.
Under Linux we used the fastCGI module and modified the :-
#    FastCgiServer /opt/rt3/bin/mason_handler.fcgi -idle-Timeout 120
    FastCgiServer /opt/rt3//bin/mason_handler.fcgi -idle-Timeout 240
On the Solaris set-up we are using mod_perl but I haven't found an 
equivalent setting.

Can anyone please help :-)
