[rt-users] Help: Can't locate object method "new" via package "RT::Handle"

I realize that, but I haven't changed anything from before the update. It 
is still 'Pg';

/usr/local/rt3/etc/RT_Config.pm:Set($DatabaseType , 'Pg');
/usr/local/rt3/etc/RT_SiteConfig.pm:Set($DatabaseType, 'Pg');
