[rt-users] Problem with search in not English language

Hi.

I've got a problem with russian language (or perhaps any language which 
is not english :) ):

If user has in Preference->Language=English the search among the tickets 
works fine, but when I set Language to Russian or leave it empty I have 
such troubles:

When I try to use seach I get in browser:
no connection to syslog available at 
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.2/Log/Dispatch/Syslog.pm line 77

What should I do to resolve this strange problem?

My system is:
FreeBSD-5.2.1
Mysql-4.0.18_1
Perl-5.8.2_5
mod_perl-1.29
apache-1.3.29_6
rt3-3.0.11.rc1
