[rt-users] rt won't let apache start after upgrade

Upgraded to a working version of apache 1.3.31 and perl 5.8.3.  
Installed the necessary perl Mods (including apache:DBI, apache:test, 
apache:request and HTML:Mason) and get this error when I try and start 
apache.  I grabbed the newest HTML:Mason off of cpan and it installed 
with no errors.  I'm using rt 3.0.11
