[rt-users] RT3: Sending auto-response as different user

When I did this (sorry didnt say in mail) the result was this mail header:

From: nobody <nobody at mycompany.net>
Reply-To: my-rt at mycompany.net
To: dmd at speakeasy.org

what I wanted it to be instead was

From: My RT Instance <my-rt at mycompany.net>
Reply-To: My RT Instance <my-rt at mycompany.net>
To: dmd at speakeasy.org
