[rt-users] REPOST: ShowTickets permissions problem.

That is not working either. To clarify, if I add the
user directly to the role it works fine. But if I
add a group to the role and the user is a member
of the group it doesn't work. This is the same
behavior for queue AdminCc and ticket AdminCc.
