[rt-users] Web Disply Error

 I'm still trying to get some help on this. I've searched Google and the
entire 4 year [RT-USERS] email archive and have found nothing. My apache
config that Ruslan mentioned may have a problem is this :

------------------------------------------
<VirtualHost XXX.XX.XXX.XXX>
        ServerName www.myserver.com

        DocumentRoot /opt/rt3/share/html
        AddDefaultCharset UTF-8

        <IfModule mod_fastcgi.c>
                AddHandler fastcgi-script fcgi
                FastCgiIpcDir /tmp/rt-fcgi
                FastCgiServer /usr/bin/mason_handler.fcgi -idle-timeout 3600

                ScriptAlias / /usr/bin/mason_handler.fcgi/
        </IfModule>

        CustomLog /var/log/httpd/rt_access_log combined
        ErrorLog /var/log/httpd/rt_error_log
</VirtualHost>
--------------------------------------

If anyone has any hints of info I would -greatly- appreciate it. I've been
stuck here for almost a weeks now. Thank in advance.

Can you explain this? How do I need to change the apache config?

Apache don't parse Mason pages. Wrong apache config.
