[rt-users] Help with Webrt Interface

I'm using a box with the following:-

Redhat 9.0
RT-3.0.9
PERL-5.8.0

How do i get myclients to see the webrt interface without being ask to 
log on, cause i want my client to create tickets using the webrt interface?

I don't want webrt to ask each and every client to log I want rt to only 
ask staff memebers to log in not clients using webrt interface.
