[rt-users] Unable to open tck via email

 I'm new to this program. I'm trying to open tck via email. 
I read the doc and thought I have it but I get an error

Here is my /etc/aliases file under mailman aliases

rtir:         "| /opt/rt3/bin/rt-mailgate --queue 'Incident Reports'
--action correspond --url http://www.domain.net/"


When sending a message I get this back

            There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's
email server.  Please contact your system administrator.
            < WebServ #5.5.0 X-Unix; 69>


Any ideas?
