perl -MCPAN -e shell
type "o conf init" and press enter

..then choose/configure the default options/behaviour for the
CPAN module. After that you type

 o conf commit

It should install on almost all Unixes which have Perl
without a problem. The only problems may come during configuration but
not installation.

Use any that you prefer. They all work!
