[rt-users] Windows support?

Hello all,

I've been looking at different issue tracking solutions for a few months now and feel that RT has what our organization needs.

I have installed elixus RT 3.0.11-2 on a WinXP box for testing and so far so good. I have not yet tried to get the email functionality to work.

My question is how much support is available for troubleshooting, customizing, etc the Windows Installation package? Though I've installed Redhat and other Linux flavors a half a dozen times I still consider myself a very novice Linux user.
Am I asking for trouble down the road by using the WIn version or should I bite the bullet on the learning curve and go with one of the other more supported Linux/FreeBSD packages?

Any feedback would be appreciated...especially for those that have "been there, done that."

Thanks,
Jason
