Greetings to all, I got the rt-escalate script working with no problems, but I'm wondering if there is someway to make a ticket that is over due or reaching its due date to stand out, maybe high light it in red or something... I'm running RT 3.4.0 on FC2... Please let me know and Thanks! Tom
