[rt-users] reply to mail sent from RT

Look at what address it's trying to send to:
RT_CorrespondAddressNotSet at rt.my_server.  This suggests you haven't
completely configured RT.  Read /etc/RT_Config.pm for the list of
configuration variables (and then override them
in /etc/RT_SiteConfig.pm).
