[rt-users] Cannot delete user from Users table

Hi all,
I deleted the user from the Users table. Even after deleting it from this 
table it appears in the "Select User" part of the Configuration tab. I 
stopped apache and started it but the deleted user still keeps appearing. 
Can someone tell me how to delete the user from the Users table.
