[rt-users] upgrading 2.0.15 -> 3.4.3

Well something in the 3.0.X tree. The utility that dumps an rt2 database
and imports it into 3.x won't work with the database of a more recent
version of rt. So, you bring up 3.0.x (I looks like I used 3.0.12),
create an empty db, import your data then install 3.4.x and run the
upgrade scripts in etc/upgrade in your *source* directory to bring the
db up to the current release.

The only gotcha I had was that the versions of FreezeThaw on the old box
and new box were incompatible, so I had to upgrade the old box first. If
you're doing this on the same box, shouldn't be an issue.
