RES: [rt-users] banning a user from a certain queue

Unchecked "CreateTicket" right that user (Configuration/Global/UserRights if he has this right) or remove him of Groups that have this right too. This is another way to do what you want!

Is there a simple way to ban a user from creating tickets in a given 
queue.  I'm sure I can create a scrip to reject the tickets, but I was 
wondering if there was another way built in.
