re

I've just upgraded RT from 3.2.2 to 3.4.2 on Debian Sarge and whenever I
want to reply to a ticket request via email I get this kind of error on
RT box in smtp service (running postfix)

(temporary failure. Command output: RT server error. The RT server
which handled your email did not behave as expected. It said: Insecure
dependency in open while running setuid at /usr/lib/perl/5.8/IO/File.pm
line 70. Stack: [/usr/lib/perl/5.8/IO/File.pm:70]
[/usr/lib/perl/5.8/IO/File.pm:41] [/usr/share/perl5/MIME/Body.pm:414]
[/usr/share/perl5/MIME/Parser.pm:831]
[/usr/share/perl5/MIME/Parser.pm:1049]
[/usr/share/perl5/MIME/Parser.pm:714]
[/usr/share/perl5/MIME/Parser.pm:1039]
[/usr/share/perl5/MIME/Parser.pm:1143]
[/usr/share/perl5/MIME/Parser.pm:1115]
[/usr/share/request-tracker3.4/lib/RT/EmailParser.pm:228]
[/usr/share/request-tracker3.4/lib/RT/EmailParser.pm:176]
[/usr/share/request-tracker3.4/lib/RT/EmailParser.pm:137]
[/usr/share/request-tracker3.4/lib/RT/Interface/Email.pm:515]
[/usr/share/request-tracker3.4/html/REST/1.0/NoAuth/mail-gateway:57])

.. the strange thing is whenever I restart apache httpd server and flush
mail queue (mailq -q). RT accepts incoming emails from mail queue until
new mail arrives and it breaks again.

regards,
 Andraz
