[rt-users] RTx installer and package system??

Another person on the list is seeing this, but it's also affecting his
base RT tables.  This one beats me, I haven't been able to figure out
what causes it.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Oh yeah, I am also seeing the blank ticket lists on the home page.
Clicking the refresh button or the Home link a few times 'fixes' it.
