[rt-users] RT::Mason Error

First thing I'd recommend is moving up to a version of mod_perl 2 released
in the last year.  2.0.0 isn't out yet, which leads me to recommend
against 1.99xx, although some people have lots of luck. but 
1.99_11 was released in November 2003.
