[rt-users] Monitoring RT3 status?

What are people using to monitor the status of RT3?  We are in the process of rolling out a new RT3
 and would like to set up some monitoring.  Our monitoring solution is Nagios currently.  I plan to 
monitor sendmail, Apache, and MySQL.  Is anyone doing any sort of transaction or query based 
monitoring too?
