[rt-users] Adding SQL Function to MyTickets & MyRequests column display

I have changed the MyTickets and MyRequests to replace
Priority with Due Date.

The problem I have is that th default date format is
being displayed as DAY MON HH:MM:MI YYYY which forces
the ticket display onto two lines and looks fairly
gruesome!

I have looke daround to see where I could add a SQL
date_format function priro to displaying the date and
am struggling to find where this is.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
