[rt-users] Send an email by sendmail

Hi, 

I have been working on RT3.4.2. I finally managed to get it working but
it doesn't send emails. 
I get this error:

[crit]: <rt-3.4.2-2-32-3.7.41371180934316 at example.com>Could not send mail. (/usr/local/rt3/lib/RT/Action/SendEmail.pm:280)

I've read documentation but I don't really understand how it works. 
Do you know anthing that I should take a look to get it working with
sendmail?
