[rt-users] Doubt RT

Hi folks,
 
                I'm creating a "scrip" to do some activities in the
Ticket creation process, but I'm having some problems with the value of
creation date.
                I'm getting the value of "$self->TicketObj->Created" and
it's returning a value with a difference about 3 hours. 
 
                Anyone has an idea to solve it?
