[rt-users] Feature Request: Username lookup

It seems that some parts of RT will look up a username from an email address,
like when adding watchers. It would be desirable if it could work in reverse,
look up email based on username.
For instance, in the Reply form; it would be desirable to be able to simply
enter the username of users that should receive the reply in the CC field
rather than the entire email address.
