[rt-users] RT database repointing

This will fix it:

At a MySQL prompt:  \u mysql
Then:  update user set 
Password=OLD_PASSWORD('insert_your_password_here') where user='rt_user';
Then:  update user set 
Password=OLD_PASSWORD('insert_your_password_here') where user='root'
