[rt-users] New installation .... 2 e-mails for everything

Hi!

I have a Debian system and installed RT on it (RT 3.4)
Great piece of software i have to say!
Everything works, i added some users, played a bit with the queues etc
and everything works.
For e-mail i use a program ssmtp that forwards everything to my exchange
server and my exchange server sends it to the correct person in the
company, works like a charm!
Now, when i add a ticket, that person and the admincc gets normally an
e-mail, in this case this isn't different but i always get 2 e-mails!
And i see also in the history that 2 e-mails are sended....always and in
every situation.
I only have 5 users and 1 adminCC and every person gets 2 e-mails, even
if i remove the adminCC....2 e-mails....
Can anybody explain me how this is possible or what i am doing wrong plz
?
I'm sure that there is nothing wrong with ssmtp because i used it before
with other applications and also because in the history of the ticket
that 2 mails are sended so it must be the configuration of RT somehow.
