[rt-users] How to protect new messages from being seen

Hi,

I have a system with a variety of queues. I have a group of users
that is allowed to see some of them, another group to see other queues.

However, if new tickets trickle in, they can be seen by anybody as a
new message although these messages came in over an e-mail address
that is assigned to a queue they have no access to at all.

What do I have to do to prevent these users from seeing new tickets
that are in the "new" state?

Greetings
Tim
