Oooh, hey, I didn't even realize that this existed!

It seems to work for me, but the link it adds to ticket updates is
less than completely helpful, e.g.:

Is the http://repo/@revision syntax supposed to hook in to SVN::Web or
some other repo browser?  It certainly doesn't seem to do anything
with the default mod_dav_svn interface...
