[rt-users] Priority Bumps

Is there a way to have the priorities bump over time
in a queue?? I have mine that go from 4 - 1, 4 being
the lowest..
When they sit in the queue "BOB" for 24 hours can it
change from a 4 to a 3 and remind the owner of the
ticket they have?
