[rt-users] 3.4.5 relogin problems

If I set RT to use:

Set($WebExternalAuth , '1');
Set($WebFallbackToInternalAuth , '1');
Set($WebExternalGecos , undef);
Set($WebExternalAuto , '1');

And configure Apache to do the auth everyone works OK.  How can I keep
the cookie-based system working?
