[rt-users] 3.6 to 3.6.1 server migration

So would it be safe to say I can install a fresh copy of 3.6.1 on my new
box, drop the db, put the 'old' db on it and run it?  Sorry about the
questions, just rather be safe than sorry.

No database changes between 3.6.0 and 3.6.1.
