[rt-users] AutoRedirectToSelfService

Has anyone managed to get this working under RT 3.4.x? I'm not sure
which version this was designed for but after adding this code to
html/index.html this seems to have no effect. A user (who does not have
the OwnTicket right) is not being redirected to SelfService
automatically when logging in.
