[rt-users] Users can't see articles

Hi,

Has anybody on the list been able to make RTFM and its articles visible 
to all users?
I have tried every rights (groups, queues, RTFM Global,...), but no luck!
Unless I set the "Let this user be granted rights" they don't see RTFM! 
Is this the way RTFM works?
