[rt-users] Multiple languages in web browser cause problems in viewing tickets

Hello,

I have observed a peculiar problem when using several foreign languages 
using Firefox to view RT tickets.

If you go to Edit -> Preferences -> Languages -> and then Add Russian 
and bring this to the top, (almost) everything looks fine in RT. Most of 
the menu items are in Russian as expected.

However, if you move this language down to no. 2 spot, half of the page 
still seems to display the characters in the Russian font which is not 
the desired behavior.

This problem is only seen while viewing tickets inside RT, all other 
pages that I have tested seem to work fine so probably this is an RT issue?

Any comments will be very helpful.
