[rt-users] Correspondance/Comment to generated ticket creates a new ticket

Hi,

New installation of RT, and got rt-mailgate working to create new 
tickets into individual queues.

When replying to the autoreply sent after ticket creation, all I get is 
a newly created ticket. Has anyone come across this before, and know 
how to resolve it?
