[rt-users] DBIx::SearchBuilder errors

I'm trying to get a new RT server up for the first time.  I've 
encountered a couple issues that I can't seem to find solutions to.  One 
shows up when I restart httpd.  I've found it on Google but have not 
found a solution that does anything about it:

No root path(s) specified at /usr/local/rt3/bin/webmux.pl line 98

Another is an Internal Server Error when I attempt to access RT via a 
browser.  I looked at the logs and have found three things that seem to 
be the most important.  One is:

Unable to load DBIx::SearchBuilder database handle for 'mysql'.  Perhaps 
you've picked an invalid database type or spelled it incorrectly.

The other is:

Can't locate DBIx/SearchBuilder/Handle/mysql.pm in @INC (it then lists a 
long series of include files).  This lists ends with the third item:

BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at (eval 193) line 1.
Compilation failed in require at /usr/local/rt3/lib/RT.pm line 172.

I haven't found any solutions to these so any help will be appreciated.
