Follow the directions in
http://wiki.bestpractical.com/index.cgi?CleanlyCustomizeRT for "Using
the 'local' directory" and "Modifying Mason components" for changing the
elements you need to change. I don't have access to a working install at
the moment, so I can't tell you exactly which elements contain the
things you mentioned.
