[rt-users] Email Address question

Check to see if the user is already in the database. 
If he has been a CC or Admin CC his address may
already be in the DB.
In Configuration > Users | Find people whose |Email |
Is | xyz at mydomain.com
If a user comes up click on it and change the email to
null at null.com and save.  Then create your user.  
I don't know of a way to remove that user completely
another person may be able to help with that.
