[rt-users] Modify Columns in Users Self Service display ?

Hi Everyone,

 

How do I add the Date Created to a Users view on the Self Service page ?

 

I can do it as quick as anything on the Privileged users 'tickets I own'
and 'unowned tickets' display by hitting Edit, but I haven't been able
to figure out the magic combo of rights to allow users to add a date
column.   Is there a way to get anything other than Subject, Status,
Owner ?
