[rt-users] highest priority tickest i won

I recently installed RT 3.6.1 i am having troubale getting the I recently
installed RT 3.6.1 i am having troubale getting the 'highest priority
tickets I own
when i try to open ticket  getting this error
   The webpage cannot be found  HTTP 404

how can i fix that ?
