[rt-users] [ITIL] List discussions

Hi Guys,

i've also talked to jesse on saturday and explained our ideas and the actual
progress. So i think the idea is great to push RT into this direction.

@Todd: We are started using AT as CMDB but there are some missing points at
this moment (read my entry on your wishlist)
